I became two things when I got married, a good cook and a flexitarian. The good cook part happened because I discovered the love in creating and eating tasty meals with quality ingredients. The flexitarian part happened because I married a vegetarian.
Today, I cook mostly vegetarian meals, but I still occassionaly crave and consume the real deal, a piece of meat. Therefore, I’m a flexitarian by default.
With this site, I hope to share my flexitarian recipes with anyone who’s in my situation, is strictly a vegetarian, or even a carnivore who wants to be a little bit healthier. Bon appetit.
